To make a Card payment, click Full Overhaul & Upgrade”.
This will open a secure page called "Your Shopping Cart".
Click, continue shopping for a new glass etc.
Click, "Check Out". Ignore the "Check out with PayPal".
Select your type of Card and fill out all the boxes.
Click “Agree and Continue”.
